600,000 meals donated
—thank you, Chefs

More than two years ago, Food Collective set out to create a loyalty programe with purpose: enabling you to earn reward points whilst doing a spot of good.

Food Collective was made possible by partnering leading food rescue organisations, with OzHarvest in Australia, and KiwiHarvest and Kaibosh in New Zealand. Together across ANZ, we have donated an excess of 600,000 meals over this time. We are proud to have been on this incredible journey and we thank you for your contribution.

Food Collective’s story ends here

On 1 June 2020, the Food Collective partnership we have had with OzHarvest, KiwiHarvest and Kaibosh will cease.

Why is Food Collective closing?

The impact of recent events on the industry has been significant, resulting in our decision to end the Food Collective programme. We will be looking at new ways to support the community and reward our loyal customers.

What takes immediate effect?

As of May 1st 2020, it is no longer possible to register as a new Food Collective member. Existing members will still be able to access their account to place new orders and collect points up until 1 June 2020.

What will happen to my existing orders?

If you upload invoices to collect reward points, you must do so by 31st May, 2020 in order for them to be processed and your points allocated. Please remember that only invoices dated within 3 months of the submission date will be processed.

What will happen to my points?

Points generated up until 1 June 2020 are valid for you to redeem rewards. If you have an insufficient number of points to redeem the lowest level reward (2,800 points), your points will then be null and void.

What can I still do after 1 June 2020?

You will be able to sign in to redeem valid points that have been generated up until 1 June 2020. We will continue to send you monthly reminders to redeem your points until 1 September 2020.

When is Food Collective shutting down entirely?

The Food Collective website will cease to operate in its entirety after 1 September 2020. Any points not redeemed by then will be null and void.

What happens to my account information after closure?

Your account information will be inaccessible after Food Collective closes. Should you want to change any details before 1 September 2020, you can do so here.

Can I cancel my account now?

You are always welcome to cancel your account at any time and opt out of communications.
