Properties	A powdered sauce mix for a gluten free Jus.
Preparation	Whisk 150g of Knorr Jus into 1L of hot water. Place on the stove and bring to boil stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Prevent cross-contamination with gluten during preparation to ensure gluten-free meal.
Yield	12L; 480 SERVES
Storage	Replace lid tightly. Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf Life	18 months.
